Bigboy Technologies warrants that all products are free from defective material and workmanship and, subject to the conditions set forth below, agrees to repair or replace any part of a product that proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials without charge for parts and labor.

To obtain warranty service for replacement only, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling us at 201-939-4774.

MEMORY

We will provide advance replacement of defective parts if notified prior to 30 days after original order, otherwise defective parts need to be returned to us first, then we will ship replacement parts. All our memory modules are warranted to be free from electrical or manufacturer defects for the life of the original owner. This warranty is void and does not apply if the memory module has been modified, abused or subject to static or electrical charges. Bigboy Technologies is not responsible for damage to equipment, property, program loss or costs associated with computer or data recovery. Bigboy Technologies will not reimburse consumers for installation or service charges for any reason. Lifetime is defined as the lifetime of the product on the market. Outdated technology is not covered by lifetime warranty if the item is no longer available on the common market as a new product.

Bigboy Technologies provides a 30-Day money back guarantee on unopened items, with 15% restocking fee for opened and non-defective returns. After 30 days the products carry the warranties of their respective manufactures. Warranty policies vary by manufacturer, inquire for more details. Bigboy Technologies is not responsible for damage to equipment, property, program loss or costs associated with computer or data recovery. Bigboy Technologies will not reimburse consumers for installation or service charges for any reason. CREDITS
Item being returned for credit must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. To return items make a copy of the invoice, write “returning for credit” on the invoice and state how you would like the credit applied. We can either put the credit back on your card or hold the credit in your account. Although you were not charged for shipping, the actual cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the amount credited. We will not refund the original freight charge or the freight charge for the return. Please send items back in a way that you can track the package. ALL ITEMS NOT RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN GOOD CONDITION OR HAS MISSING ITEMS, SUCH AS INSTRUCTIONS, SOFTWARE ETC. OR DAMAGE TO BOX WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE OR A $30.00 REPACKAGING FEE.

RMA RETURNS POLICY / CONTINENTAL U.S.
It is our goal to always provide outstanding service to our customers. For most items we will send a replacement in advance at no charge to you, and pay for the return shipping! You have 30 days to get the defective product back to us. If the product is not returned within 30 days your credit card will be billed for the outstanding balance.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Before items can be returned for replacement RMA # must be obtained. Products returned without RMA # will be refused by Bigboy Technologies and will be returned to you at your expense. If you believe there is a problem with your item, please call us toll free at 201-939-4774 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern standard time.

RMA Returns Policy / International
For all international RMA’s you must contact us by phone at 201-939-4774, by fax at 201-939-0963, or by email. Product must be returned to Bigboy Technologies before a replacement is shipped. Customer must pay the shipping to Bigboy Technologies, Bigboy Technologies will pay the shipping for the return.

All of our memory is guaranteed to work in the application for which you ordered it. Most of our memory carries a lifetime warranty. Individual items may also carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the specific product’s description for information.
Please try the following steps to solve the problem before you request an RMA. Data shows 60% of problems are solved with these steps.

1) Try using our memory alone in your system.
2) Install the largest capacity module first.
3) Make sure the memory is seated in properly.
4) Dust off the memory socket.
5) Update the BIOS to the latest version.
